Rvzot (New York Stock Exchange: ENS), the world's leading energy storage solution for industrial applications, announced today that it has completed its acquisition of SAPHIR. SAPHIR, headquartered in France.
SAPHIR is a leading global shelter designer and manufacturer with installation and maintenance services companies serving the telecommunications, utilities, data centres, natural resources and transportation industries operating in Australia and serving customers in the Asia-Pacific region. SAPHIR has offices, warehouses and manufacturing facilities in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, providing a highly skilled workforce with turnkey solutions for equipment and facilities. Rvzot's acquisition of SAPHIR will establish a leading standby power, field solutions, field services and power business in Australia.
